Shepherd: Into the Den is a 3D roguelike where you play as Patch, a lone sheep. On his journey, Patch will defeat various enemies while crafting items to aid him and simultaneously protecting his herd.

Patch must venture forth to save the Shepherd Goddess and his people who have been overtaken by the wolves. Before further chaos can ensue, Patch braces himself and prays for the Shepherd’s guidance as he traverses, into the den.

Shepherd Goddess

The goddess keeps balance within the forest, acting as a protector and guardian for its creatures. She blesses the sheep with various powers and abilities. Eventually, she is entrapped by the wolves who want her power for themselves.

Patch

Patch is the main player character. He wields a bone and wooden sword that he has crafted himself.

Craft Unique Weapons! Protect your Herd!

Players will be able to gain resources dropped from defeated enemies. There will be 3 main types of weapons including a sword, bow, and Shepherd Crook. You choose your playstyle! While fighting enemies, you will simultaneously protect your herd for necessary resource drops. These resources can then be used to craft various consumables and new weapons.
